Just One of Those Days

Ok, I'm starting to realize that writing here is quickly becoming my everyday therapy session. At least its better then actually going to a therapist (which I can't afford for I am but a poor college student). So to begin with this session...
I will write about three interesting things that I learned, experienced, or said on this day. First, I learned that Saturn (thanks to the superb astronomers at UM) has a really large, never-before-seen ring that due to Phoebe (one of Saturn's moon) exists. It is almost invisible, but it's still there. Definitely invisible to the naked eye.

Isn't it a beauty? LORD, you are amazing...
Second interesting thing of the day: I started to cry in front of my professor. Yeah, you read it... Now that was actually really embarrassing, but it was because I got very emotional. The truth is I'm taking a course where we talk A LOT about racial issues and things like that. This topic makes me very touchy and emotional because it makes me have to think about myself in a different light; in a very worldly sort of light. I'm a Hispanic woman and although I would like who I am to not affect me...it still sometimes does. Especially when I have a class that is ALL about racial issues. Yeah, my professor I don't think expected that...I'm so embarrassed. I just really ask the LORD for wisdom on this, especially because I feel that this topic shouldn't affect me as it is.
Third thing...I guess this isn't really interesting, but I have a midterm paper that is due on Wednesday and I haven't even started. Not to mention that I'm writing this blog when I should be doing homework. This is definitely my therapy session.
